That little monster

Most of us know this little monster

It sleeps within us

It hides close to your stomach

It kills you’re hunger

it puts knots in everything

It comes and sits on your shoulder

At times, you don’t need it

We all want it to leave

But it sticks

It takes out logic

It takes out common sense

It takes out everything you know

Or is it just cleaning?

Is it making room?

Is it emptying?

As it feels like it’s chewing my heart

Spitting it out

And chewing again

Coming at night

Coming in the morning

It’s always there

So…

I need help, catching this monster
